Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the enquiry, quotation and artwork process it supports. They do not replace the written terms recorded in a specific quotation, proforma or order confirmation. Where the two differ, the written order document governs that order.
Quotations and order confirmation
Prices, lead times and quantities shown in a quotation are indicative until confirmed in writing for a specific construction, artwork revision and delivery destination. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it, and remains subject to written confirmation of material availability, production capacity and the final approved specification before an order is released.
Artwork and proof approval
Production begins only after you approve the artwork. Arabic and English are proofed as one composed layout rather than as two separate files. Where colour, finish, edge quality or tactile detail is important, a physical proof or sample is approved in addition to the digital proof. The approved revision is recorded and produced against; changes requested after that approval can affect price and lead time.
Limits of compatibility confirmation
Compatibility is confirmed against the property’s installed system and an approved finished sample. No universal compatibility claim is made, and nothing on this website should be read as an assurance that a credential will operate a system that has not been identified and confirmed. Where a system is closed or proprietary and cannot be met, that is stated before an order rather than after a run is produced.
